We’ll worth the trip. Our guide was right on time to pick us up, vehicle was comfortable and trip to Monet’s garden easy. Because of our guide (Arnold in English - not sure how it is spelled in French), we were able to get to sites we wanted before the crowds took over. Even though it rained, the whole experience was so worthwhile!

Everything was as described and worked out well. We felt very safe as our tour guide drove us to Giverny (I also really enjoyed the classical music they played on the radio). The only thing I’d say that could improve the day is to allow extra time. By the time we arrived, walked to the entrance, got our tickets and finished the history talk, we only really had 45 minutes to explore and no time to queue for the house at all. I’d recommend at least 1.5-2hours to make the most of the journey.

Excellent in every way, and great value for the money. Quick highlights: 1) Very knowledgeable and personable guide (Will) who made the trip fun while giving us lots of information and insights; 2) super-comfortable minivan with excellent air-conditioning on a hot, humid day; and 3) as a bonus, we drove through small, picturesque villages, visited a church dating back to 1100, and saw Monet's (and his huge family's) tomb. Finally, Monet's gardens and water lily ponds are simply spectacular. If you love his paintings, you owe it to yourself to visit!
