Full description

Skip the ticket line at the Louvre Museum at the end of the day to see masterpieces of art without the crowds. Follow a carefully designed route through the galleries to reach the Mona Lisa just as the museum is closing.

Tested and perfected, your itinerary inverts the normal Louvre route, allowing you to see much more than other visitors who are on normal tours that try to fit the rest of the museum into 1.5 hours.

Discover treasured landmarks, such as the historic foundations of the Kings’ Palace Moat. Marvel at ancient Greek and Roman sculptures, including the legendary Venus de Milo. Gaze in awe at Michelangelo’s Slaves and many other great works by French artists such as Delacroix and Géricault.

Admire the crown jewels of the former French monarchy, the Winged Victory monument, and works from the Italian Renaissance by Caravaggio, Raphael, and Da Vinci. End in front of the Mona Lisa after the crowds have left to get a better appreciation of her enigmatic beauty.

Greta experience. Anatole was such a knowledgable, funny and interesting guide. Definitely would do another tour. I’d just say that the meeting point given wasn’t the best place and many of us spent time looking for it. Meeting point should be moved to another location (eg Charles 14th statue) so it makes it easier to find the tour guides.
