Meeting point outside of park was well chosen as it is better to go through everything here. It's not a real tour They just walk you through the first security gate and show you where to queue with your ticket afterwards. But here I have to say that if the tickets hadn't already been fully booked, I wouldn't have booked because twice as much is required for this service.

The contacts at Place de Sydney were nice and easy to see. For the audio guide you have to download an app (roaming). Don't know how they do it if you don't have internet access. They accompany you to the tower, through the security check to the lift (it all takes about 20-30 minutes). Then you go directly to the second platform. Then you are free, you can listen to the audio guide whenever you want, go to the 3rd platform. You go down like everyone else. In the lift down from the 2nd platform you have the possibility to get off on the 1st platform. We were glad we didn't have to wait so long downstairs.

Appointment at the place indicated 15 minutes before the time, I recommend downloading the App where you will find all the useful information and the booking voucher, the guide will accompany you to the reserved entrance of the tower for those already in possession of tickets, where after a short queue and security checks proceed to the elevators. Unfortunately we cannot evaluate the audio guide because we have not used it.
