Meet your guide at Le Champ de Mars Cafe and exchange your voucher at the meeting point. Do not go to the Eiffel Tower to collect your ticket. Please arrive on time as late arrivals are considered a no-show.

Know before you go
- The time you choose is for the Eiffel Tower meeting time. Contact the tour operator at least 1 day before your tour date to confirm the Louvre Museum entrance date & time
- This is not a guided tour, your host will accompany you to the ticket scan & you will make your way up to the summit floor of the Eiffel Tower
- The voucher is not an entrance ticket, you have to collect it at the meeting point
- The Louvre Museum is closed on Tuesdays
- Summit ticket holders will have to wait in line on the 2nd floor to access the summit's elevators
- On rare occasions, the summit floor may be closed to the public due to maintenance, unsafe conditions, or unexpected elevator malfunctions. In these cases, refunds and discounts are not guaranteed
