Visit the rocky uninhabited island of Delos. Despite its small size, Delos was considered one of the most sacred of all islands in ancient Greek culture. Enjoy 3 hours of free time on the island or for a more complete experience, hire a private professional guide upon arrival, or join a group tour before moving on. Next, go to the famous island of Mykonos where you will have another 3 hours of free time. It is recommended that you use this time to explore Mykonos Town. Walk to Little Venice, wander in the picturesque alleys, and climb the hill with the windmills and enjoy the spectacular views. Everything as planned. The day before I had to write to tell us the exact pick-up point and time since they had not sent it to us, but they answered quickly and everything was as explained (transport by boat to Delos, 3 hour visit to Delos and then to Mykonos another three hours of visit and return). The boat is clean, the toilets too and there is a bar inside to have a drink if you want. We were pleasantly surprised by Delos, and in mykonos to take a quick swim and see windmills and wander around long enough.

Was a solid day trip. All the connections were smooth and easy. The (Naxos Star) ferry staff were accommodating and helpful on a day of rough, windy seas. Delos was wonderful, and 3 hours was about the right amount of time. 3 hours on Mykonos on the other hand, was just enough to grab lunch, wander a little and have a cocktail before returning to the boat. There were a few moments where clearer communication would have been helpful. The restaurant we were told to meet at no longer exists (luckily some detective work on Google helped us find where this restaurant USED TO be). When we were dropped off at Naoussa Port, we were not given any instructions on finding the ferry (which in fact hadn't yet arrived), and thus our ~20 person group ended up just wandering around in confusion for a while. All that said, a good value and a solid day.

Non-guided trip to Delos and Mykonos - good value for the money, if you are trying to "get it all in" on a visit to another island. The ferry is smaller, so if you are prone to seasickness, it'll be a challenge for you. My youngest got sick, and the ferry staff (all men, btw) were so kind and helpful. I thought we had plenty of time on Delos, but the time in Mykonos could have been longer. Big thanks to GYG for allowing me to bump our tour by a day, as I had been very ill the day of our scheduled booking.
