What people are saying about Pashchimanchal, Western Region

The whole activity was excellent. I walked with Helen my partner who is not an experienced walker, but the three day trek was perfect for us both. The rhododendron forests, Himalayan peaks and views in general were awesome. We also loved staying at a tea house in Ghorepani and in Gandruk. Our guide was very friendly, encouraging and informative. The only quibble was the choice of accommodation in Gandruk. The food was good but we were the only people staying there, even though there were lots of other people staying in Gandruk from other tours. Sometimes its nice to meet other trekkers and swap tales at the end of the day.

We did the 4 day Poon Hill Trek with our guide Gobinda. The trek was very good. The accomodations during the tour were also very nice and comfortable. Experiencing the sunrise at the Poon Hill was the highlight of our trip so far. Our guide Gobinda is such a great and helpful guide. He was always there for us and took so much care of us. We definetly recommend him as a guide!

Must do trekking. The jungle, the views of the mountains, the river, the local people, the mountain villages! Tanka is such a funny and kind guide, he took care of us throughout our trek, totally adjusting and encouraging our pace. An overall experience one should have at least once in his life!

The promise of a beautiful view is more than kept, super friendly and warm guide

This trip was superbly organised and I was really well looked after.
