Best hop on hop off tour we have ever taken! This was our second time taking it… several years apart. Both times we had a live tour guide and both times the guide was awesome! Philadelphia has so many visually interesting landmarks and iconic areas to visit. The tour gets up close to all areas, buildings and statues. We found most everything to be within a quick few minutes walk of the stops. If you’ll be in town several days it would be worthwhile to get a 2 day pass.

This is the way to get a good overview of the city. The guide was informative and entertaining. We rode the entire tour and on the second go around, stopped where we wanted. The buses were running about every fifteen minutes, so very little waiting. All in all a good experience.

Walked around on day 1, day 2 got the hop on bus excellent commentary from the guide who was such a laugh also would have missed a few sites worth seeing on foot. Please be aware of the hustlers wanting to take your photo at some of the sites they take the photo for you then want paid.
