Full description

Spend the day exploring Phillip Island and Brighton Beach on this day trip from Melbourne. See native wildlife at the Wildlife Park and coastal views at Brighton Beach, Nobbies Boardwalk, and Phillip Island Penguin Parade.

Start the day by being picked up by an air-conditioned vehicle and head to Brighton Beach. Explore the area and take photos of the iconic Brighton beach boxes. From here, you can also see views of the Melbourne skyline.

Next is a visit to Phillip Island Wildlife Park. Here you can see over 100 species of Australian animals who live on the 60-acre property. There will be time to purchase lunch here before driving to the next location.

Stop at Nobbies Tourist and Information Center to learn about Nobbies Blowhole and Seal Rock precinct. Then walk along Nobbies Boardwalk and enjoy coastal views.

After a relaxing walk along Nobbies Boardwalk, visit Phillip Island Penguin Parade. Purchase dinner before watching the penguins emerge from the rolling waves and make their way across the sand to their burrows. From here, head back to Melbourne and be dropped off at your accommodation.

Unfortunately, the driver today only communicated what was absolutely necessary. Long travel times are normal, the time for the wildlife park and lunch and dinner is too long, the time at the nobbies is too short and the time at the penguins is too short. Return only at 11.30 p.m. and photos of the penguins on the beach are forbidden (information about this would have been good).

A great place to relax and go for holidays!! Lots of different animals viewable from the road some including the geese tend to get on the road. Also a good place to nature lovers and enjoy serene walk towards the beach to see Penguins returning from sea , watch the mothers feeding their babies.!! It was an exciting experienence.....on the way to coast you can find kangaroos , wallabies , bunnies , and several spexis of birds . Moreover it’s a good tour pack which we can explore maximum tourist spots in the time frame. It’s worthy for the spent.

It was a great day everything was planned perfectly we enjoyed every stop! The reason I only gave 4 stars is because we didn't have enough time at the penguin parade. We were at the beach at 6pm and waited for the penguins about 40 minutes. The penguins jumped out of the water at 6.40pm and at 7pm we had to be back at the bus. That was just not enough time especially because everyone ran up to the walking bridges to see them more closely and you had to wait until you could see them. Also it would have been helpful if the tour said in advance that it isn't allowed to take pictures of the penguins because we realized it there and were quite sad about it. Nevertheless, we were able to see penguins and had great fun thank you!
