Granddaughter and I were looking for a new adventure and so we booked a hot air balloon ride for sunrise. It was awesome and our guide Jesse (the very young looking Jesse) was so great. He was professional and experienced but funny and made the ride even better. We had a fun group of people and the ground crew were great too. If you are looking to go hot air ballooning in Phoenix this is the company to use. We loved everything about it and the champagne toast at the end was a nice touch!!

The ride was amazing, the crew were pleasant and accommodating , the amount of passengers a bit much! 12 riders and the pilot In a small basket Packed shoulder to shoulder , Pre Covid I wouldn’t have thought much about it but current Conditions are different. Otherwise I highly recommend it as an adventure

We had an amazing hot air balloon ride with Rainbow Riders! The staff was very friendly and very well organized. It was very interesting to watch them setting up the hot air balloon. Our captain Brook did a great job flying the hot air balloon and shared a lot of interesting information about the area we were flying in. The view was awesome as well! At the end we celebrated our safe flight with some Champaign and mimosa, and what’s a better way to start your day right? Overall great experience and would absolutely recommend it!
