Using an expertly maintained rental bike fleet, consisting of multi-geared touring bicycles, the tour takes you along paved bike paths, roads, canals, and the occasional hard dirt surface. In the early part of the day, ride through the lush arroyos of Scottsdale, where wildlife is abundant. Look out for desert cottontail rabbits as they hop away into the underbrush, and see if you can spot a quail crossing the path. From your knowledgeable local guide, learn about the region’s native flora and fauna, as well as the animals that live here. Follow your guide along a carefully mapped route that ensure you see the very best of the city, and enjoy it’s breathtaking natural landscapes along the way.

Overall, it was a fun ride with my guide, Kathy. We had many stops along the way so she could tell me about the local wild life and flora. I did think it was a bit pricey for a riding around residential areas, but it was a 2-2.5 hour bike ride so it was good exercise. I think some spots going uphill could be a challenge for people not as fit or without much lower body strength. However, I thought it was a casual, and "easy" ride if you are looking to be active, yet low intensity.

My hiking guide was Mr. Denny and he was absolutely amazing! Throughout the hike he explained about different type of vegetation and their history. He always made sure that we stopped on a regular basis and I had some water so that I would not get the hydrated. And he was overall a very pleasant and nice man. The trail was perfect. Not too rocky or complicated especially since it was my first time.

Though there was a line to get in the experience was nice. We really enjoyed all the different sharks and seahorses.
