What people are saying about Piazza Anfiteatro, Pompei

The trip was brilliant. We were only staying in Naples for 2 days so had to make the most of it. It was great that the tour included some of the sights of Naples before going onto Pompeii. Our guide Elise was fab. She had some great stories and knowledge. After the guided tour we stopped for a pizza and a beer before being assigned to our new tour guide for Sorrento. It was only ourselves on the tour, so Helga showed us a few sights which was great, as it was only us we asked if we could just relax with a drink and enjoy and the amazing view. The whole day was great and would definitely recommend!

Very convenient as they pick you up and drop you off from the hotel. But it is longer than 8 hours (from 7.45am to 7.45pm incl travel time). Maria the archaelogist tour guide at Pompeii is knowledgeable and passionate - love her!). Paula the day’s tour guide had lots of little interesting facts as we travel from place to place. Pompeii itself is very interesting! The climb to Mt Vesuvius is a little steep for about 20mins but the view is worth it. An experience we won’t forget!

The tour of Pompeii is a bit short for the size of the place, but it was kind of nice that way. You could try to see it all but it all starts looking the same at some point. The guide was great and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend. The luck was fantastic and the views from the volcano are exceptional.

very interesting visit of Pompeii, wine tasting and meal a little long mounted on Vesuvius exceptional, tasting and meal a little long

Very well organised, informative guides and the wine tasting was excellent!
