I gave my parents the guided tour of the old town. Since it was the off-season, the local agency informed me the day before that the tour might have to be postponed for staffing reasons. But then everything was set in motion so that the tour could take place as planned. Communication was great and my contact person was very friendly and helpful. My parents really enjoyed the tour and although they have been to Mallorca and Palma many times, they discovered many new corners. Highly recommended!

A great experience. After many visits to Palma, we finally know what's going on with the historical buildings, the palaces, fortresses, castles and the cathedral. We see the city with new and fulfilled eyes. Our guide not only told us the story (and in a very entertaining way), but also told a lot about society and culture. There were also excellent restaurant tips, which we have all tried out since then and are more than satisfied. Great

A really great city tour! As it should be. Seen all the important sights, had them explained in an entertaining way, received a lot of background information about the country and its people and really got to know Palma. Certainly one of the best city tours of my life. Exciting, cheerful, informative and entertaining.

Highly Recommended. We had a competent, communicative and very pleasant guide. Learn a lot of interesting things about Mallorca without being buried. We were very lucky. We had booked a group tour, but there were only two of us. The tapas bar was an absolute highlight. Very rustic Spanish with delicious specialties.

Was very interesting and informative. definitely recommended.
