No hesitation to recommend this trip. Get to see parts of Paris you do not normally see as a tourist when on the canal. A slow pace - the boat goes through nine locks, eight of them double, which all take a time, but they are an experience, as is the impressive tunnel. Covers many of the main sites on the Seine as well. Our guide (Borris ir similar?) was superb - equal amount of commentary in both French and English even though English speakers very much the minority on our trip. Commentary was interesting and certainly made a difference to the enjoyment of the trip. We were lucky to be sat near the guide at the front of the boat and were able to speak to him direct to ask questions as well. A very relaxing way to spend a morning or afternoon. Also its good to have the 'intermicy' of a smaller boat.

Excellent tour in Paris. I have visited before but always keen to explore lesser-known areas of different cities which I know urban Adventures is renowned for providing. The guide on our tour was Mich, and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, made the tour very interactive and answered everybody's questions thoroughly. His passion for Paris really showed throughout the whole tour. The food samples were amazing. We had pastries and sweet treats, some very tasty French cheese and also got to enjoy some wine tasting. I'd highly recommend this tour, especially if you want to explore different areas of Paris that you may not have explored before.

Best value for your money 2.5h. Just come 15-30min, so you can pick best position on the board. Guidance was informative. And you have optional drinks, 5e wheat beer for example. Great experience of the Paris through the canals.

An excellent way to see Paris. We were pleased that this group was kept to a low number, 8 maximum, unlike other groups that we saw. Our guide, Johan, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and made the tour a lot of fun.

Great commentary with light humor. Glad we had the extended tour thru the canal and into the Seine
