Experience Hunter Valley Wildlife Park which is home to a wide range of animals from Koalas, albino kangaroos, wombats, Tasmanian Devils, Peacocks, cheaters, lions, giraffes, alligators and much more. You can purchase a small amount of food from our team which will allow you to get up close and personal with our kangaroos while feeding them. You can also have the option to experience our giraffe feeding, where you will enjoy an up close and personal encounter with our giraffes while feeding them. Take the chance to explore the park at your own time and get the chance to learn more about the diverse collection when listening to one of our keeper talks or sit back and enjoy watching our animals.

Be picked up from the convenience of your accommodation in Pokolbin. Board a comfortable, air-conditioned, and well-maintained vehicle. Take in the lush rolling hills of the Hunter Valley on your way to wineries, cellar doors, and vineyards. Feel the excitement build as we set off to explore the local area and get to taste Hunter Valley wines. We will be sampling fine boutique wines at 4 wine cellars. You'll be able to immerse yourself in learning the many different stories behind the boutique wines you try, feel the passion behind each story. We will stop so you'll enjoy a fresh lunch with a glass of local wine before we head off again to try some more wines after lunch along with a visit a cheese outlet. Indulge in something sweet at a handmade chocolate and fudge shop before your day comes to an end Let your local host delight you with commentary along the way. Spot local wildlife like kangaroos as you travel. Be returned to your accommodation in Pokolbin at the end of the tour. 

Experience the Audrey Wilkinson Cellar Door,  located in a prime position at the foothills of the Brokenback Mountain Ranges with spectacular views of the Hunter Valley. From the cellar door you will be guided to the on-site museum with plenty of history to see and learn. You will be guided by an experienced host through a wine Master-Class before enjoying a premium tasting of the showcase wines, which the winemakers consider to be classic varietals. The Hunter Valley is Australia's oldest producing wine region. The first vines were planted in the 1820s. Today there are over 150 wineries producing a wide range of exceptional wines reflective of their origin. One of the founding families of Hunter Valley wines, the Tulloch family story began in 1895 when John Younie (J.Y.) Tulloch accepted an unusual settlement for a debt – a 43 acre property in nearby Pokolbin. Tulloch took an immediate liking to the property and the five acres of neglected Shiraz vines it contained and undertook his first foray into viticulture and winemaking. Immerse yourself in the history of Tulloch Wines in Australia's oldest wine region, the Hunter Valley. In this tasting 6 Tulloch Wines have been chosen to perfectly represent the 'Hunter Heroes', the best know grape varieties of the Hunter being Semillon, Shiraz, Chardonnay & Verdelho. Included in this tasting is a wine from our museum cellar giving you an opportunity to taste and compare an aged Hunter wine alongside current release wines. This is the perfect wine experience for those who like a slice of history with their wine tasting!

The Hunter Valley, north of Sydney in New South Wales, is one of Australia's major wine regions, with a viticultural history dating back to the early 1800s. Known for varietals such as Semillon and Shiraz, it’s home to numerous wineries, including world-renowned brands and family-run boutique operations. One of the facts which make this tour so unique and exciting is that it's always dynamic. After picking you up from Sydney Central, we will be heading up, towards Hunter Region (2.5 hours away from Sydney), where we will have a quick stopover, halfway through, for a morning coffee (15 - 20 minutes - own expense). Now that you got to the charming town of Hunter Valley, it’s time to get your palate set for a variety of Hunter’s signature wines. We will be visiting three wineries (each winery takes about one hour). We will also stop at one of our favorite places for lunch. Here you got great views, home-brand wines, and a delicious wood oven pizza - at your own expense). As per the weather conditions, before heading back, we will stop for a quick picnic with local wines and cheese (provided by us) where you can expect one of the most beautiful views of the area! Great opportunity to chill out, and soak it all in, while having a glass of wine with some cheese, before we hit the road back to Sydney Central.
