This was a fantastic experience and we totally recommend it. The helicopter ride to a pontoon on the reef was spectacular. The pilot (Luke) was knowledgeable and friendly. We then enjoyed a semi submersible boat that gave us an amazing view of the reef. The guide explained things as we cruised the reef. The Staff on the Cruise were amazing. On several occasions we seen the staff go out of their way to ensure that the children on the boat were entertained by explaining the wildlife and other facts about the reef.

I had the best day. The communication and care from both companies involved, Quicksilver and Nautilus Aviation, was very good. The helicopter ride out to the reef was great, with very good commentary from the pilot. The pontoon experience was good also - the lunch was nice and very generously portioned; there was a good range of activities available for all people, whether they wished to get wet or not. The boat ride back was good, even though the weather closed in and things got rocky, the boat was comfortable and the staff always on hand in case of any passenger difficulties. All in all, I was very happy with the whole experience, and very happy with all the staff, who were all professional in every aspect of their duties and demeanour.
