Your driver or assistant will meet you at your accommodation, holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it. The driver will then assist you with your luggage, loading it into the vehicle. The vehicle used is no more than 3 years old. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delays, ensuring that you arrive on time.  Enjoy the English countryside as you travel to the cruise port. Nearly all cruises at Dover arrive between 5:00AM and 6:00AM, with disembarkation starting around 7:00AM. If waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, the additional waiting time cost is payable in cash to the driver at the beginning or at the end of your transfer. Additional waiting time fees of £12.50 will apply for every 15 minutes, this rate includes waiting time for the driver and carpark fee. If after 45 minutes the customer could not be contacted or did not respond, this will result in a customer no-show and a refund will no longer be possible.
