What people are saying about Port Valdez

The trip was AMAZING!! The captain was really nice and had a lot of information about everything. The crew was supper nice. The captain even let us stay an extra hour to watch the whales and we stayed even longer because the orcas (killer whales) were jumping out of the water putting in a show for us. This trip was great!! Only downside I would say was the food. If you go ok this I would say take your own lunch/ snacks. Other then that I supper recommend this!

The day was not accompanied by rain and fog. Start at 7:30 in the morning...but a short distance from the port we already saw that it would go well. First seal, white-necked eagle, waterfalls...then a whale, killer whales, colonies of lions, icebergs and the Columbia!!! very cool the whole output, although the Columbia thought it would be bigger and would impress more. It's a very good outing and the captain and crew are great!!!

The cruise was a really great experience! We saw many sea lions, seals, sea otters, birds and bottlenose dolphins. The glacier was breathtaking. The crew was nice and helpful, the whole cruise was 1*. Thank you!

The captain went to a lot of trouble and took the time to show the particularly beautiful spots and wild animals. He also explained a lot about each waypoint and gave interesting tips! Very nice experience!

Plenty of clean toilets Free drinks Nice staff Lots of information from captain Good dinner
