Fantastic trip up the volcano! Agustin sent me a whatsapp the day before the trip confirming all of the details. Everything was very well organized. We met in the center of Pucon at 5:30 to get all of the equipment and packs. The actual ascent started around 7 AM, and we reached the summit at 12:30. The ski lifts previously mentioned have been out of service for some time. Our two mountain guides spoke good English and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The whole experience was like nothing I’ve done before. Would absolutely recommend to anyone interested and physically able to do it!

Great company with lots of experience, unfortunately couldn't hike clear to the top due to activity of volcano but great experience overall. Guides were great and knowledgeable made everyone feel comfortable. Weather was a bit rough and cloudy but no one can control that, still glad we went. Great activity.

Did the villarica volcano tour with the guides from this agency and it's an absolute must-do! The agency is well organised and always available for communication. The guides were the absolute best, it's not often you find people that are genuinely this nice and patient but also passionate about their work!

The weather was bad. Too much wind. They thoroughly discussed the matter with us with full transparety and respect and gave us multiple alternatives. Although we did not have the villarrica mountain tour at the end, their treatment was amazing.
