Incredible! The meals are of high quality, the lodge magnificent with swimming pool and an impressive view of the canyon. The views are spectacular and the path is nice! The expedition is complete: stop to see the condors and certain animals, hiking, thermal baths, inns to eat, viewpoints, ... The first day is quite easy, 1200m of negative elevation, the second day is more sporty with 1100m of elevation gain at sunrise (from 5am to 8am). This second day can be done on horseback and has a cost of 70 soles. Provide plenty of water or enough money to be able to buy some on the course because it is impossible to fill the bottles.

Lack of communication for the beard pick-up in Arequipa. No confirmation from the agency the day before. Other than that the experience is great. The condors, the landscapes, the hot baths etc…everything is well organized. The hotel is nice and the food is overall good. The descent on the first day is not very difficult but be careful, the ascent on the second day of walking is quite tough even for experienced walkers.

Beyond the magnificent decor, the local service provider was top notch. We appreciated being only a small group that quickly united in the effort... Quality meal breaks, comfort in the hot baths... very nice hike

Great trip. Beautiful scenery. Unlike some trips in Peru the guide spoke good English and provided a lot of really interesting information about the plants and animals.

This was a beautiful trek!! It is strenuous but well worth it.
