Day 1: Arrival in Lima, City Tour Your tour will begin as you are picked up from the airport, it is advisable to arrive in the morning. In the afternoon, you will take a city tour. This kayak tour on Lake Titicaca begins with a pick-up from your hotel to Isla Esteves Port at 08:00 approximately, where you will take all the professional equipment/ gear needed for kayaking. You will paddle for about an hour until the islands of the Uros. The trips was an amazing way to see and learn about lake Titicaca and it’s people! Our guide Jose Carlos was great fun and very informative. Our host family on Amantani island we so lovely as well. Overall we had such a great time on the trip and would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to see the natural beauty of the lake and get to know the local people.

Unique and fun adventure. The stop on one of the Uros Islands was very interesting - such gentle people! The overnight home stay on Amantani was special, and the hike up to the temples of Pacha Tata and Pacha Mamá was challenging and beautiful. Excellent two days, with fabulous authentic and homemade food.

They were two magical and intense days. Our guide accompanied us on all the activities. the night in the house of the local family was a unique experience.
