Full description

Head off on a full-day trek covering a distance of 20 km on average, and ending with a return to Drake Bay. Gear for an adventure where you'll experience nature with all of your senses, take in panoramic vistas, see undiscovered beaches and forests, and step outside of your comfort zone to have an unforgettable adventure.

Start your journey in Rincón de San Josecito after leaving Drake Bay in a 4x4 car. Enter the park on foot and follow your bilingual naturalist guide on a hike through the primary and secondary forests, while they point out and describe the diverse rainforest wildlife flora and fauna.

Discover the area that has been dubbed the "most intense on the planet" as you travel through trails surrounded by tropical rain forest. There are up to 4 different species of monkeys that can be seen in the Corcovado National Park, along with many other animals.

Birdwatchers will also be in paradise here. Bring your swimsuit along for a pleasant swim in the cool, clear waterfall before lunch at the park ranger station. To top it all off, the tour ends with a second, shorter climb to a magnificent waterfall.
