Board a high-speed vessel which has an open deck and coffee-bars and have a nice time during the ferry cruise from Heraklion to the island of Santorini (Duration: 2 hours approximately). Upon arrival to Santorini you will be transferred from the port to the magnificent Oia village on the north. During the transfer you will hear many interesting facts about the Santorini, its history, features and secrets from an experienced guide on the bus. In Oia you will have free time of about 2 hours to visit the picturesque spots and viewpoints, enjoy the breathtaking views and even visit the ruins of the old fortress. The town of Oia is famous worldwide for its iconic panoramic views, Cycladic architecture with white houses and churches with blue domes. Here you will find shops with collections of clothes, souvenirs and jewelry from greek designers, so you can enjoy the shopping as well while you are exploring Oia village. Fira is full of interesting and picturesque spots and corners. You will have almost 1.5 hour there to explore on your own. The last part of the excursion on Santorini is the Pyrgos village. You will climb up to the ruins of the old fortress from where you can see the whole island, because it is located on top of the very high hill right next to the highest mountain of the island. The local operator will bring the car to you at the decided upon time and you will sign a rental contract on the spot. The car category is B, which includes small city cars with 4 doors, a mechanic manual gearbox, and of course, air-conditioning and basic insurance. The driver of the car must be aged between 21 and 65 years old and must provide a valid credit card. You can arrange for extras on-site, such as extra insurance or a GPS maps device. At the end of the rental, the activity provider will come to pick up the car from you at the spot you arrange with them during pickup. At the time of return, you must load the car with the same level of gasoline as when you received it.
