2. Quebec: Charlevoix Maritime Museum Official Ticket
For 40 years, the Maritime Museum of Charlevoix has been telling the story of wooden schooners and the cabotage on the St. Lawrence. Live a 360° experience, from the forest to the river, between culture and nature.
Discover the old shipyard from 1946 and its four boats in dry dock. The museum also contains the multimedia experience 'Between Pitoune and Dynamite: The St-André Schooner' as real as the life of sailors in 1956.
You will have access to a fun, technological and contemporary experience that will amuse young and old. Enjoy the 8.2-hectare park with a touch of poetry, a hebertism trail, a plant labyrinth, an arboretum, sculptures and picnic areas.
Furthermore, a 4-kilometer course on its mountain trail in the Marine Forest will offer you a unique window on the St-Laurent river and the Isle-aux-Coudres.
You can do the tour of the site in an hour and a half or spend a full day embracing all the museum and surroundings have to offer.
