The tickets sold by GetYourGuide was a bit misleading as it does not clearly state that the slide is not included. It would have been good to have that clearly spelt out, rather than being hidden as "Optional" in the activity name. It was unexpected to be told that the slide was not included in the ticket on the day when we reached there. apart from this one niggle, the attraction itself was great - the slide is fantastic fun! lots of fun for the 11 and 12 year old that we had in our group. They enjoyed the video camera experience coming down the slide.

The reception staff are really helpful - checking in was easy. There are lockers for your bags & the arm pads & caps are welcome protection for the slide. Staff at the top helpful & give clear insttuctions. The slide itself….a buzzing 40 seconds of whooshing speed. There are quite a few areas where it is very dark. It was great; definitely recommend it

The staff are very helpful. The check in was easy. We then enjoyed the views and walked down the staircase. Disappointed the cafe at the top was being used for a private function. Recommended

Great experience! It wasn't busy! Attention was paid to safety, staff very nice.

Great fun, great views. Staff very helpful and happy.
