Full description

Your boat tour will depart from the South Queensferry, which is only a short distance from Scotland's bustling capital city of Edinburgh. Your tour will include magnificent views of the "three bridges", including the world-famous UNESCO World Heritage Forth Railway Bridge. In addition, you can take in the beautiful panoramas of the Edinburgh skyline, the Kingdom of Fife and the historic island of Inchcolm with its medieval abbey. As part of the tour you will stop at the island to drop off and pick up visitors.

Cruise along and discover the magic of the red railway Forth Bridge, the Forth Road suspension bridge, and the longest three-tower, cable-stayed bridge in the world, Queensferry Crossing.

For your comfort, relax onboard in the heated observation lounge or on the outside decks, and listen to the guided commentary while you enjoy a drink from the bar. Make sure you take warm clothes since next to water can get cold. It was cool when ship went around and showed places and told a bit of history about the area of what happened, when you inside its a bit hard to listen but other than that it was cool.

We all loved our trip!!! I travelled with 4 children - 2 young boys 6 and 7, and 2 teenage girls both 13. And they all thoroughly enjoyed it. The trip is both long enough that you get a good distance out and along the river and short enough that the boys didn’t get bored. The tour guide information was great and detailed. The crew were happy and approachable. I highly recommend this trip!!

It's a very nice sightseeing! There is an optional not mentioned anywhere. You can pay for a "landing pass" and they'll leave you 2 hours on a beautiful island with a small cafe and pick you up later to finish the original tour. It has a lot of historical comments and the captain stops whenever he sees seals. Would do it again to have a picnic in the island.
