The tour was perfectly organized from start to finish. We were picked up from the hotel on time - as announced by email the day before - and then taken to a larger bus in Cancun. From there we went straight to Chichen Itza - tour guide Marco was great! we were there shortly after 8 a.m. and there we were welcomed by guide Rodrigo, the best photo spots and a lot of information were shared - great!!! Then we went to lunch, the food was sufficient and of good quality. Afterwards we went swimming in the cenote - an absolute highlight!! There was also the possibility of a tequila tasting. Return transfer just as easy and comfortable. All in all a great tour, with extremely motivated and very good tour guides Marco and Rodrigo!!

We loved this tour! We felt well taken care of! They fed us an amazing meal after the caving experience and gave us free water along the way as it was a hot day. The underground caving was such a neat experience I would definitely do it again. The only thing to remember is the actual excursion takes about two hours and the rest is travel time. Which is a bit of a bummer but well worth it. Our guide was fun, kind, knowledgeable, and fair. There was a slight communication error in that we thought we would see a cenote at the end of the caving tour and we did not. So definitely ask about that before you go.

The whole day was fantastic. It is a long day but very worth it. David was our guide & he was really knowledgeable & very funny. Make sure you have a hat or umbrella as it is very hot. At the Cenote you do need to hire life jackets ( not optional). You will love it!

We had a great time on this tour Frank the guide was incredible, informative, clear, helpful and funny. I would definitely recommend this tour to any friends going to Mexico.

Excellent! I would love to stay more time in Chichén Itzá but the tour was amazing.
