This was advertised as a good way of getting around Reykjavik and was great on the normal buses. We did have a bit of trouble with a female bus driver at the blue lagoon who had never seen the cards before and wasn’t going to let us on until she spoke to her supervisor who said to let us on. We did the 72 hour bus and was easy to use and to navigate the buses.

A great buy if you are staying in or near Reykjavik. It covers all the main museums, galleries, the zoo, thermal pools and the buses. It was a great saving and useful to know you didn't need to bring money to cover these outings. Readily accepted at all venues on list.

If you visit intensively, it allows you to save a lot. On the other hand, you would not go to some museums at all, and if they are on the card, it is a pity not to see them. Most of the facilities are small and I have the impression that two intense days in Rejkiavik are enough to see most of the attractions on the card.
