We had booked the largest glacier hike and were looking forward to doing it; unfortunately a storm first forced the guides to postpone the meeting by one hour and then forced them to offer only the simplest and shortest. "Get your ride" reimbursed us fairly quickly for the difference between the hike done and the one we had booked

This trip was so amazing. Iben, who was the guide, was a wonderful and skilled guide. She safely took us around the glacier. We felt very safe with her. We took a break along the way which was nice. The view was so beautiful and the ice was so beautiful. An experience of a lifetime and something I will never forget.

Firstly, get your guide booked me at a time the actual company didn’t have (I was scheduled for 10:40 which went through as 9:20 to the company’s system, so it looked like I’d missed it when I showed up), so I had to come back the next day. Thankfully I was still around so I could go, if I was on a timeline I would have been frustrated (No fault of Arctic Adventures). The guides were very informative and passionate for what they do. Tour wasn’t challenging, we moved pretty slow but reached a decent point on the glacier. I wouldn’t say anything we did was “technical” or required any skill. Could have gone a notch more difficult for the description/price in my opinion. But overall was a great experience and the location is beautiful.
