Welcome aboard the comfortable and exclusive ship La Paloma for a cruise in the Upper Middle Rhine Valley World Heritage Site. On no other stretch of the Rhine are the castles and palaces so beautifully strung together. On board the La Paloma, you can relax and enjoy the view. Start in Koblenz and first sail a short distance down the Rhine with a view of the Rhine in front of Koblenz, the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress, and the famous "Deutsche Eck" (German Corner). At the mouth of the Moselle, the ship turns around and makes its way up the Rhine to Braubach to Marksburg Castle. The cruise takes you past the Electoral Palace of Koblenz (Kufürstliches Schloss Koblenz), the Koblenz Brewery, Lahneck Castle, Stolzenfels Castle and the Königsstuhl in Rhens. In Braubach (castle Marksburg) the ship turns around and sails back to Koblenz.

Discover the local waters of the Loreley Rock, the North Sea, and the exotic Amazon and find yourself face to face with dazzling sea creatures in more than 40 lifelike aquariums. The impressive glass tunnel leads directly through the largest tank, where the green sea turtle 'Marty' and two majestic nurse sharks are waiting to be visited. Enjoy a wonderful all-round view of the magnificent coral reef, which is constantly growing and is inhabited by hundreds of fascinating tropical fish, such as the cute clown fish. This is in German and English so we were pleasantly surprised. Wait staff were very attentive and plenty of room to move around. The scenic views were outstanding.
