Very enjoyable. Alexander(?) was very knowledgeable and an excellent person to have guide through the forest, as he has a botanical and historical grasp on the region. Both guide and driver were pleasant and professional and had good senses of humour, good people to be around.

What a great way to see the forest! Picked up right on time by my guide, Henry and the driver, Maria. After picking up the rest of the tour folks, we headed for Tijuca. Along the way we stopped to take a look at Pedra da Gavea--a mountain that has a face on it! Once there, we saw beautiful waterfalls, vegetation, and animals. Henry knew everything about everything! The short hike was easy (I was on a tour with several older people and everyone was able to make it -- even the 88 year old!), and it is nice and cool in the forest. After plenty of time there, we visited the Vista Chinesa, a pagoda overlooking the city--incredible views! Everything went great and I'm glad I had someone to give me background on what I was seeing.

Fabulous tour our guide was the best he was friendly and knowledgeable. We used two jeeps for our group and had a guide in each jeep. Both guides were perfect even helped with photos. They took our physical ability into consideration when it came to the walking paths One of the best things we did in Rio. Absolutely loved it. The drivers were safe and obviously well trained and experienced.
