What people are saying about Rome

Overall rating

4.4 / 5

based on 2,530 reviews

If you will be staying in Rome for 4+ days, this is a life saver. Have to say it is a bit overwhelming at the start when you don't know where and how to book slots, but you should start making itinerary once you get this and you should follow it if you want to see most of the places in 3,4 days. We could save some money if we booked and bought separate attractions because we didn't use much public transport (we walked aaaa loooot) and hop on/off bus really sux. Rome has so much hostory and those things that you learn on hop on/off bus are not even worth mentioning. Anyway take this if you want to be versatile and packed up in Rome. You can save few bucks probably, but this is very convinient.

Collecting the pass was easy. The cost was well worth the purchase because buses and metro were so frequent we reached destinations without delay. Travelling at the weekend the services were crowded but there was plenty of standing room. The only issue was that we couldn't book the Villa Borghese whilst we were there because it needed to be done 10 days in advance.

The Roma pass suited us perfectly, we did the Colosseum and Forum on the same day (counts as one free entry) then used it for the Castle Sant Angelo. Free use of the metro and buses was great too

worth getting the pass so easy to use, I recommend using this pass especially if you wanna go to the Vatican museums as this allows you to skip the quie as they are long.

Easy meeting location & fantastic guide explaining everything thoroughly to understand tour
