The operators of this tour have no idea what they are doing. I booked this tour and the day before I received a phone call to confirm my tour. The operator on the phone told me the start time as 45minutes before the start time on my ticket, and the meeting point changed. I asked for an email confirmation because it seemed odd, and I had to buy new train tickets (which I lost out on 80 euros because I could not return or exchange the ones I previously bought). I showed up at the new meeting point, no one was there at 9am. 915am I received a phone call and met a man who brought me to an office near the Vatican Cafe, there was a bunch of people there for the tour, and so I went on a 2 hour tour of the Vatican. Then the tour guide said goodbye, and I asked her where the rest of the tour is and she could not be bothered to help at all. She walked away while I was speaking to her. and I was left with only 1/3 of my tour. Romaetravel will not answer my calls or refund my money.
