Full description
When the sun sets in Rome another side to the city comes to life. This darker, more mysterious Rome is one where facts and legends are intertwined to stimulate the imagination as much as the eye. On this 90-minute evening tour, you'll discover the sunset Rome known only to a select few! Your guide will bring the Eternal City’s most enthralling historical and supernatural mysteries to life in a highly entertaining and informative tour. You will stroll along winding lanes in the city's historic center and hear ghostly tales that form part of a lesser-known history of Rome. Departing from Sant'Andrea Della Valle Church, you will walk in the shadows of sights such as the Campo de Fiori, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Via del Governo Vecchio, Via Giulia, Piazza Farnese, and Castel Sant'Angelo. This was our second tour in Rome. We took another tour with the Rob as our guide and he mentioned this one at the end so we booked ot hoping to get him again. When we got to the church we were so excited to see Rob as our guide. This gives you insight into the darker side of Rome and how some of the common sites' histories are different that being holy and sacred etc. We loved learning a little extra about Rome we wouldn't have known otherwise. Also, again, Rob made the tour amazing! We love him!

Alethea was an amazing tour guide!!! She kept it fun, and very educational, throughout our stroll through the Roman streets. She had knowledge about locations that I had seen on previous tours that the other guides didn't offer. If you're lucky enough to have her, you're in for a treat! 10/10 would do another tour with her any day!

REALLY interesting activity. I believe the only TRUE way to really know about a City history. Not very deep cause only lasts for 90 minutes but much more interesting, exciting and rewarding than the traditional tourist tours. Look for similar activities as this one and do as many as possible once is the only true way to really know about a City such as Rome.
