EXCELLENT

All complied as indicated. They sent the train tickets by email the day before without problems. Very well organized, the Gloria C guide looked very well informed, entertaining and motivating. The visit to the Academy is very good. Due to the long lines it is very useful to go on a tour. The city tour allows you to understand history more. Excellent tour!

very unorganized on the Florence end. We found our meeting spot but got little direction on what to do or where to go when we got there. told to look for a guy in a green tshirt and hat. it was a woman who had a hat but not the tshirt. different company name on the shirt tour in the museum was fine. got lost trying to find the secondary meeting spot and missed second half of the tour. they gave only 45 minutes to get there and eat lunch. lunches dont go that way in Italy. should have all gone together to lunch and we could have all paid. just very unorganized. I would not suggest this unless you are more adventurous than we were and dont mind finding fast food
