Getting to and from was different, and it's located off a gravel road, but once there everything was good. They make pizza first in small groups and then when everyone is done with their pizza you make pasta. Each activity was fun and interesting, but since we were in the first pizza group, we had aquite a while to wait and it wasn't really explained. Buy they clearly knew what they were doing and were well organized.

This was a lot of fun and ran incredibly smoothly - this team knows what they’re doing. My husband and I took a cab to the meeting point, which was a metro station. From there, one of the hosts/guides met us and shuttled us about ten minutes to location. When leaving, you had the option of taking the shuttle back to the metro or having the hosts call you a cab. As others have mentioned, you don’t make the pizza dough, as it requires 18+ hours to rise, but you get to shape it into a pizza and customize your toppings. The ingredients for the pasta are pre-measured; you work it into a dough and learn how to make several shapes. The hosts were really fun, funny, and knowledgeable. The food was delicious; some of the best we had in Rome. A couple days after our event we received an email with all of the recipes, including the delicious homemade tiramisu we were served. This is an (enclosed) outdoor space, so dress accordingly - even with fans it was very hot in June. Very highly recommend!

Very fun and interactive class! Very hands-on. The only drawback was that the recipes were not shared with us after the course. The pizza dough was pre made (as expected, because it needs 18+ hours to rise), and the pasta ingredients (flour and water/eggs) were pre rationed, so we are unsure how much of each ingredient is needed. Aside from that, class was great! Loved having the surprise tiramisu and limoncello at the end of our homemade meal!!
