Excellent activity!! Our guide Ale was really fun and knowledgeable; and sharing stories along the way. We did not expect it to become our favorite activity in Rome but it exceeded all our expectations. I recommend it to everyone, especially if you don’t have much time as you can visit many attractions in the same day while biking.

Mani was awesome! The tour was excellent. The Appian way is quite bumpy and extremely busy on Saturday.. try to book during the week for less crowds of walkers/strollers/ cyclists. You need to be comfortable with riding in traffic/ bumpy terrain/gravel paths. For my family it was perfect. My son (19) used no motorized option for exercise, my husband and I 65 and 58 both used level 1 motor on some of the ride to make it very enjoyable. Our guide is local and an amazing athlete who enjoys sharing his history of the area and his passion for cycling. I’m sure they tailor this for all levels of cycling ability. Do something different get away from the endless crowds. The aqueduct in the park are an awesome place to ride and not feel like your in the heart of Rome.

It was absolutely perfect. Our guide was joyful and an absolute perfect guide his name was Alessio!! He worked so hard to show us everything that we wanted to see and then when he got a feel for the things that we were interested in, he took us to some amazing places -we went along the river -through the parks -through the streets ... he spent extra time with us, and even personally walked us all the way to the metro station, and helped us to buy our coins because we had some reservations about using the metro ! It has been one of the highlights of our vacation. My only regret is that I didn't bring more cash with me because I really wanted to give him a bigger tip -especially since there was only my husband and I on the trip. ...
