The Rome Pass is not a group product; groups larger than 9 people may be refused entry to attractions
The redemption desks are closed on 15 August, 1 November, and 8, 25, and 26 December
From Feb 4, 2023 all Omnia Card and Roma Pass holders will be able to use Big Bus and City Sightseeing Rome bus services, as well as the Open Bus Vatican and Rome
The bus service runs on a reduced schedule during Christmas and New Year. No service runs on December 25
Visitors who go to the access point without the Roma Pass, can't access the Colosseum, even if they have made a reservation
