great ,contacted day before transfer by text message to confirm time and pick up from hotel,and driver arrived on time for our transfer to port and drop off was pretty much outside our awaiting cruise ship.we shared the mini bus with 6 others .making 8 of us .

It can be a bit daunting arranging transport from airport to holiday location but this shuttle bus option was just perfect! The buses were so easy to find, just straight across from the airport to the main train station Termini, in Rome, where you can easily catch a bus, taxi or maybe walk, like we did to our hotel. It was so much cheaper than taking a taxi! The drivers were helpful & friendly, we caught the return bus in the same place we were dropped & arrived at the airport in plenty of time. We would definitely recommend this service!

Bus driver was very friendly. Our flight was a little late and we landed just minutes before the last bus was going to Rome city. The bus driver waited and started to go when everyone was on the bus. I was afraid that we’re gonna miss the bus, thankfully that was not the case. I really want to thank the bus driver!
