In the description of the activity on the website, 4 hours and an entrance ticket to GRAND PLACE were promised. In fact, the tour lasted two hours and 45 minutes! We drove quickly between the sites with a few stops for pictures. The instructor reasoned that it was shortened because on Sunday morning the roads are free. It is not acceptable. It was also stated on the website that the activity includes Entry/Admission - Grand Place It turns out that this is an open square without the need for an entrance fee. In summary, we may have seen the highlights of the city, but we expected much more for €499 !

Interesting, insightful and experienced tour with Philippe as our guide. Despite exploring the city for 3 days prior, we were taken to and told the history of areas that you may not visit otherwise. Gave an insiders view of the city within the backdrop of it's history. Phillippe left a lasting impression on us and was very amenable with our requests. The bikes were well maintained and easy to ride- even up hill! I would recommend this cycling tour as a must if you visit Brussels.

This was an extremely good value and a great way to learn about the neighborhoods and culture of Brussels! My tour was just me, one other participant, and the guide, so it was basically a private tour for the price of a small group tour, and it lasted well over three hours, meaning we got to see nearly all the neighborhoods of Brussels. I’m glad I did this tour to get a better idea of the city and all it has to offer!

Our guide Michele was awesome! He gave us a great tour if the city, took us to places we might not have otherwise ventured to, and gave us a good bit of history.

This was amazing! What a nice way to visit a city.
