great quick trip and well worth the money. rundown of experience: someone reached out from the booking agency before the trip to check in, and checked in every day to see how things were going - big plus. bus ride is long (6 hrs) but sleeper style helps (tho not great for wider people) - stops 3x for bathroom and snacks (bring 3k dong for bathroom, ~50k for food). tasty lunch on arrival in sapa. hmong tour guide knowledgeable and friendly, hike itself isnt too difficult but can be slippery if rainy, likely not suitable for elderly. scenery is stunning, even when foggy. people in villages feel very down to earth. the area is not wealthy and locals will follow you to sell souvenirs, if you buy any more will come and try to get you to buy - be firm when needed. great dinner with homestay family, homestay is more like a hostel, no struggles with cleanliness or insects etc. 2nd day a bit more hiking and then return to sapa for lunch again. again, beautiful landscape

It was absolutely amazing. The guide was most lovely and adapted the tour to all my needs and wishes. We went more into nature instead of the planned route and it was amazing. Enjoyed the time at the home stay a lot, such a nice look into culture. The guide also shared a lot of additional stories. Could not have asked for anything more.

We had a great day with our guide Lang, she was so lovely and told us so much interesting information about trek, the people and the villages. I would definitely recommend this tour. It was the highlight of my trip to Sapa

Super guide, explained a lot, was there with Grrude. Very nice company of 3 women who wanted to sell handicrafts in the end.

Great experience!!! Nice to see the nature and the local life of people! Highly recommend!!!
