The day starts in Rome where you’ll catch a high speed train to Naples with an intimate group of no more than 14 fellow travelers and an expert tour leader. From there, you’ll hop on a private, air-conditioned bus that will wind its way up into the narrow roads of the Amalfi Coast. Your first stop is Positano, a small fishing town that has long been the holiday destination of choice for VIPs, from the Romantic poets of the 19th century to today’s Hollywood stars. After an orientation walk with your guide you’ll have two hours of free time in which you can browse the boutiques filled with world-famous beachwear, have leather sandals made to fit your feet and enjoy a relaxing lunch of local delicacies at a seaside cafe. Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit too, there’s nothing nicer on a summer’s day than a dip in the sea. Next, you’ll board a boat for a 30 minute ride down the coast to Amalfi town. Along the way, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the dramatic coastline as it rises out of the sea in soaring cliffs. At Amalfi, you’ll head up one of those cliffs to a lovely lemon orchard where you’ll enjoy a tasting of one of the region’s most beloved products, the sweet, tangy liqueur called limoncello. The farm is perched above the town and offers stunning views out to sea. After the tasting, you’ll have an hour to explore the town and, if you enjoyed your tasting, buy some limoncello. To end the day, you’ll hop back on the boat for a 40 minute cruise to Salerno where you’ll catch the train back to Rome.

Embark on an e-bike around Sorrento and discover the magical views. Cycle up Mt S. Costanzo, marvel at the iconic views before heading to visit a farm and tasting local produce. This tour will let you discover the charming corners of the Sorrento Peninsula, places immersed in nature that have not been yet contaminated by mass tourism. Departing from Sorrento, we will bike along the panoramic road of Marciano, overlooking Capri and the sea of the Gulf of Naples, until the hamlet of Termini. We will briefly stop there to rest a little bit before biking uphill to Mt S. Costanzo. Reached the mountaintop, we will leave our bicycles and walk to the chapel to enjoy a breath-taking view on the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno. We will then proceed downhill towards the promontory of Punta Campanella, the edge of Sorrento Peninsula, an archeological site dominated by an old guard tower and the majestic lighthouse. The atmosphere is magic: we will rest immersed in the sounds of nature in complete peace. We will then visit the holiday farm "Fossa Papa" where we will taste local products while enjoying an amazing view of Capri, right in front of us. After the tasting, we will go back to Sorrento.

These are some of the most sought-after views in the world and you will sail through the heart of them, so don't forget your camera!  On the way you will stop for a swim in the private archipilago of Li Galli Islands. These are the islands that Ulysses sailed through when he heard the song of the sirens in Homer's The Odyssey. This is now an underwater nature preserve and one of the most mysterious and beautiful places to stop for a swim refreshing swim off the boat if desired.  Continue on to Capri, where you will leave the Gulf of Salerno and enter the Bay of Naples. The 360 degree views are breathtaking, with the isle of Capri directly ahead, the vast Amalfi Coastline sprawled out behind you and active volcano Mt. Vesuvius to your right. Once you arrive on the island, see the most important sites such as Marina Piccola, the famous Faraglioni rock formations, the historic lighthouse dating back to 1867, the Green, White and Blue Grottos and much more.  Enjoy some time on land at your leisure to explore the shops, gardens and cobblestone alleyways that make this island so special. The captain will wait for you at the port. Hungry? You can either opt to have lunch on the island or the captain can suggest some authentic restaurants where the boat can pull up directly.  At the end of this 6 hour excursion, head back to Salerno.
