Beautiful route from Salta to Cafayate. Several stops along the way that are definitely worth it and where there is (just) enough time. Time to have lunch and walk around Cafayate is more than enough. The visit to the winery was disappointing, only Spanish was spoken here and everything had to be fast, fast, fast. The driver and guide was excellent. spoke good english and provided lots of information.

Great tour! The tour guide with us was Julio. He explained everything very nicely first in Spanish and then in English. Very friendly tour guide! The scenery on the tour was impressive. We stopped at huge canyons. Cafayate is not too big, we went for a little walk. There are a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants. The wine tour lasts just under a quarter of an hour, during which the wine production is explained. This is only in Spanish. The lady who did the tour summed it up for us in English. Then we were allowed to taste a red and a white wine. The group was around 20 people, which was a very comfortable size. We drove with a Mercedes Sprinter. The day was a beautiful experience!
