This was a great tour that was completely customizable. We told our guide Heide that we were interested in learning more of the history of the region, so she took us into a church and an old palace and told us all about the history of Salzburg and the Prince Archbishops in between the 2 beer stops. We stopped at 2 historic pubs for beer tastings, and we were shocked how much beer they brought us! When they say “sample 7 local beers” they really mean drink 7 full size beers in 2 hours, which I was not prepared for! But I suppose would be fun for beer enthusiasts.

The tour was nice, Norbert was very kind, polite and patience. He fetch us with VW Phaeton which was a comfortable car, clean and well maintained. In total the tour was 14 hours just to see Hallstatt and Salzburg. He never counting on the hours. He just keep going and entertained us. Show us many things and explained it well. He brought us to the good Italian restaurant in Salzburg, he knew good food too.

We did the private tour to Melk, Hallstatt and Salzburg on Christmas day and although it rained, it snowed and it was cold it was wonderful. The driver who was a guide was very kind and friendly, I would give him a ten. Without a doubt, I recommend this private tour to everyone.

Great tour to learn about the city in a short amount of time, especially for the first time travelers. Our guide was Maroine, a very pleasant company, who told us lots of interesting details, without being boring. I highly recommend the tour.

Pick up very punctually, relaxed drive with interesting travel tips from Michael, great view on the mountain. The ice cave is fascinating and well worth seeing.
