Sample excellent farmhouse cheeses seasoned with red peppers and shop for local handicrafts. Also, see the oldest part of the town which retains its 18th-century Jesuitical architecture. After lots of free time to discover the local restaurants and taste typical food, start your return to Tucumán where your tour ends.
