110% recommend. My friend and I booked this experience knowing full well the tour/day would be in Spanish (and only speaking a little Spanish ourselves). Our host was incredibly accommodating and those on staff who spoke English volunteered to help and translate some portions of the day. The farm was organically raised and beautiful! We were able to meet all the animals and tour the gardens where they grew the food served in the restaurant. When our tour of the garden/ranch ended, we toured the cheese making areas of the ranch and the cheese cave. We were presented with seven in-house made cheese to sample and red wine. Chef Julio was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and very talented. We were then seated outdoors for our 5-course meal, presented by Chef Julio. The menu was phenomenal and literally some of the best food we've ever eaten. A "foodies dream." I cannot recommend this experience enough. It was definitely the best part of our trip to Queretaro.
