Our guide was nice and answered questions very well. I was disappointed as I paid for a private tour in the hope that the guide could slightly tailor the tour for our family. We have 3 kids 9, 11 & 13. Our guide didn’t ask them one question or try to interact with them at all. I expected a private guide might try to engage the whole family. You’d think the company could try to match guides with the guests a little better, especially when they pay fir a private experience.

It was great. Our guide, Frank Zelle was truly excellent, and it was obvious that he enjoyed Grand Canyon and the sights as much as we did. His enthusiasm was infectious. He pointed out interesting sights on the drive up, and on the drive back also. The drive down to Sedona was truly awesome, and Sedona was excellent.

We loved taking a bus to GC instead of trying to drive and we had the best tour guide with so much information for us!! He was so nice, great sense of humor and treated us so nice

Eric our tour guide was amazing. Super friendly and very informative. I had a blast on the tour. We did frequent stops to take photos, shop and for potty breaks.

Extremely enjoyable we loved the scenery and everything about it!
