What a great day. We saw places I don't think I would've known to seek out that really highlighted the magic of southern Spain. I would've enjoyed more time in Ronda in particular, but wouldn't have sacrificed the other places we saw to do so...guess I'll just have to go back on a future trip :-) Our guide Catherine was fabulous and added so much humor to the tour.
Quite a bit of driving but an informative and fun trip overall. Lots to see and learn. Our guide Peter was great. Do go to that bar opposite the arena in Ronda for the views - totally worth it. And as for lunch, check out Bodeguita (Calle Nuevo, 28) - cosy and beautifully authentic.
-Day before reminder on pick up time and place -friendly and knowledgable guide Petra -excellent guide Antonio at the Alhambra -time to relax and enjoy and not feel pressured - comfortable bus with cell phone plug (yea!) and good/pleasant driver Well organized and worth the trip!
A wonderful investment Chapeau to the French that they have received this property - both because of their own history and because of the excessive pomp that people have afforded themselves at the expense of many others
Both Carlos and Rashid were great guides, and the camel rides and views from the beach at sunset were amazing. Definitely recommend!
