Best thing I have done whilst I have been overseas in Europe for 3+ weeks. The host, Antonio, was fabulous and shared so much yet also asked lots of questions (beyond just the recipe). With only 9 people it really felt like I got to know each and every person. Well worth it :)

This cooking showcase was so much fun. It surpassed my expectations as I thought Watching a demonstration rather than doing a class may be a little boring but I was very wrong. The host Antonio delivers this showcase with lots of passion and actively involves the audience - it felt like we were all gathered around a family kitchen! The paella was of course Outstandingly delicious!! Compliments to the chef! I also really appreciated the chef making a slight adjustment to accommodate my dietary requirements. He cooked in a way that we can do it ourselves at home adding many hints and tips along the way. A fantastic chef and host!

Fantastic experience, not only learning how to cook paella properly but also about the history of paella. A lot of opportunity to ask questions, and we felt very at ease. A good experience also for our 2 children aged 12 and 17. We are now far more knowledgable about how to cook traditional paella and were surprised to see that the end result was very different to how we had eaten paella when previously visiting Spain. Without a doubt a great experience, views from the roof terrace were amazing and by far the best part was enjoying the paella with a cold sangria. Highly recommend.
