A wonderful experience. Be prepared for a rather rough ride on the high speed ferry, however. Hold the railings. The guide in Tangiers was great. He did the tour in multiple languages and was quite funny in all of them I think. He seemed disappointed that he couldn't speak in Chinese and Japanese, there being no group members who spoke those languages, so he only did the tour in English, Spanish, and German. He was even upfront about the fact that he was being paid a commission by the weaving shop he took us to. By the way, the weaving shop was also fun. Usually, I sort of resent going to these places on tours to be sold a bill of goods, but the owner was so funny and his English so good that it was really enjoyable. All in all a great day trip.

Sevilla to Tangiers day trip

Rasheed was our guide in Tangiers and very attentive to our group of 2 dozen. Camel ride was a big hit with my daughter and teenage grand-daughter. We were treated to an authentic Moroccan lunch. Walking streets in old city afterwards was interesting; need more time at the local markets and less time just walking the narrow streets.

Glad we did the Tangier trip, but it was too long a day

Guide (Greg) and local guide (Rashid) were great. Left at 0530 and did not get back until 2345. No provisions were made for a dinner break, so we went to bed without anything due to restaurants being closed in Sevilla by the time we got back. Thought the stop at the herbalist was just a sales pitch. Not good. The group was 28 total people...too many.
