Our guide was wonderful, took excellent care of us when we had to wait 45 minutes for a bus to take us to Oxford. Very informative of the historical points of interest during the pouring rain! He stopped at perfect points for photos, too And then safely brought us back!

We changed our pick up point to Kings Cross, St Pancras. The instructions told us to wait opposite St Pancras library/Camden Centre which was very confusing as the stop is actually opposite the British Library. There is also another library in the area so this was very deceiving. The instructions mentioned 3 different places. Bus Stop A opposite the British Library would have been much more accurate and easier.

Good tour visiting the most important sites

Good tour to the most important sites. Guide was driver as well due to small number on tour. He was very knowledgeable but low on volume due to flu recovery, but no microphone. Also rain noise made it difficult to hear from back seat, halfway change over seats and hearing was good. Vehicle was well maintained. No hard selling of souvenir shops to visit was a welcome relief when compared to other tour guides.
